Tonights BBC HD of Strictly Come Dancing
has the BBC Dog logo up,
and far worse many shots are not in HD
and the Grain is 10 times worse.

I have 2 TV’s one with it on HD and the other not
So when the grain is in the HD ch.
I check the normal TV – no grain

I know the BBC said it could not do Sundays show due to not enough HD shots
but this saturday show is bad due to the Non HD shots.

ITV HD has had problems but at least the whole prog.
is in 1080i HD.

Thank you for removing the DOG. Now can we stop continuity announcers talking over credits. After watching some of the drama on the BBC, I need a quiet moment to reflect on what I have just watched. The credits give me that moment. Please don’t invade it.

agree with paul, about the 4:3 graphic settings its so annoying

Every channel could at least dim and resize them.(virgin: advertising terminator tscc, was enormous!)

i have a dream that when the end comes and everyone is digital, dogs will die as the epg tells us what were watching

You should see the US, that is really taking the P*ss. There, the DOG is way larger, full on, animation. What is completely rediculous in the US, is stating (for the entire freaking hour) “now showing . Or better (for the entire hour) “next .

We did point Danielle/BBC in the direction of our poll, but we can’t take credit for them listening, they no doubt had thousands of direct communication from viewers wanting rid of the DOG!

DOGs wouldnt be too bad if they were actually in the corner but they cater for 4:3 aspect screens so on a widescreen TV they are always quite a bit in from the edge which makes it even worse.

Good to see that the BBC are listening.
