Can i just add that i think Danielle Nagler should be commended for her open and honest statement in her blog. Very refreshing to see a huge corporation being so frank like that. Well done Danielle.

Agreed, it’s nice to read and goes a long way to appreciating the issues that stand in the way etc.

have just watched the first two episodes of Little Dorrit on BBC HDTV
Although the production values are high (as always with a Beeb production) the HD quality leaves a lot to be desired! Compared to say Bleak House the HD picture quality is inferior. generally HD drama productions are not high in picture quality. Why this should be? I do not know but guess they are not being filmed on Full HD digital cameras
I know you will probably say there is nothing wrong with the hd picture but it is defintely not up to the best BBC HD transmissions.
