ITV Player (on-demand) is now available on the Echostar HDS-600RS Freesat+HD Receiver.
The software required to receive ITV Player (channel 903) should have been downloaded over-the-air in the past few days providing you have updates set to ‘automatic’ from within the menu.
The latest software version you should have is 123R, more information (sort of) is available in the release notes.

The Echostar HDS-600RS is now discontinued which is a great shame but still good to see that Echostar continue to support the product the best they can.

Sorry that this is old news (software been available for a week) but things have been a little crazy!

Seems unlikely to ever be, Bush is owned by Argos and it doesn’t seem credible that they would provide an update.

Why would Bush not provide an update? I have only recently purchased the HD box! I had the impression it was coming soon.

Because it is owned by Argos and they don’t really support products in a technical way. ITV Player wasn’t advertised as coming to that particular unit, so if Argos have by chance promoted it as such, you’d need to take it up with them.

I have the Bush HD receiver and it used to say “Coming early 2012″ on the ITV Player page until a couple of months ago when it was replaced by a “not currently available on this device” message. If it is Argos/Bush’s fault that ITV Player was promised but not implemented on this box then will it incur a financial penalty from Freesat or just a ticking off?
I am pleased to see ITV Player being implemented on some boxes, though.

How can we pass these comments to Bush or Argos. I checked their website but I could nor find contact details on their site.

Does anyone else have problems with this. The furthest I have got is the menu after the red button. Then it either shows ‘loading’ from which it never recovers, or the box reboots itself.
I’ve even reset the whole box and reloaded all the channels, but with no better result.
Any ideas. BBC iPlayer works fine.

Bush FreesatHD+ PVR – just bought this piece of junk from Argos and they had it clearly written “includes BBC iPlayer and ITV Player“ it did-NOT saying “coming soon“ at all!! Now that is misleading miselling if you ask me so I am returning the box to them as the 30 guarantee states, and go buy a decent box like a Humax one instead.
We‘re also not abe to use all the other so called on demand content such as “The Space“ or “BoxOffice365“
WHAT is the delay Mr Freesat?
Don‘t make us go back to..$K***#‘%#Y

The delay isn’t freesat, it is Bush (Harvard Group’s) refusal to support the product further.
