Well ok, it might not be official, but the BBC have certainly opened up a little more to the public recently, and mentions of “first week in May” are coming from the freesat office. This should mean we start seeing more publicity and advertising over the next few weeks, thats unless our concerns are realised and freesat don’t actually have a great deal to launch, which would probably result in a low key launch!
Lets hope we can place the first week of May in our diary, and not have to cross dates out like we’ve done a number of times before

John Lewis and Currys staff have no idea when they will be selling Freesat receiving equipment. At this rate there will only be Sky subscribers viewing the launch. Why the lack of information? Is there no one at Freesat able to keep the public informed?

At last a smidgeon of news on freesat. Is it real I wonder? Where do we buy the kit? I only get 4 snowy channels at the moment.
