i know Matthew will have his problem sorted by now,for anyone else all you need is a length of Ariel cable plus two connectors,one for each end ,which can be bought from any TV shop,for about £I ,screw one into wall socket the other into the TV.
also freesat will not work of a digital aerial,but any sky dish in use or not should work.Seamy

Can any one tell me the weight of a plasma 50inch full HD Panasonic Viera with freesat. i what to wall mount mine and can not find the weight. Many thanks

Hey, my dad bought me a new panasonic 42′ plasma with built in freesat for my flat a few months ago. I have a communal satellite point but the tv didnt come with a cable to connect it to the point. I have searched around online but don’t want to buy something that isn’t going to do the job. Could anybody tell me what i need to do? Sorry as i’m sure this has a very simple answer.

BBC HD will be available on channel 108, ITV HD available via the red button from ITV1 when an appropriate programme is on that’s also broadcast in HD. The connectors from the satellite dish to the Sky+ box are the same as the single satellite cable port on the Panny television. Are you sure you’ve connected up for the right service?

Have just purchased Panasonic freesat TV but can’t seem to Freesat HD channels. Do I need another cable from my sky dish as the one’s that go into sky + box are diferent connections. Can anyone help please?

Have purchased and am using Panasonic Freesat model 42″, so far very pleased, only problem i’ve come up with is that as theres no seperate freesat box the cable from dish/socket goes straight in to TV bypassing my HDD recorder, so how can I record anthing from Freesat programmes, sorry i this is an obvious answer, but appreciate input

I have SKY and recently bought the 32″ Panasonic with built-in freesat. How can I get HD signals? I can receive Freeview signals ok. Please advise.

Phil – Someone is giving you inaccurate information, both Sky and Freesat’s platform receive channel broadcasts from the same satellite, Astra2, so you won’t need another dish or change alignment if you are already receiving the Sky platform, just plug in a satellite dish cable. Hi just got panasonic 42 plasma with freesat been told we will not be able to recieve freesat without another satalte dish or have our sky dish directed to asta 2 which would recieve freesat but would knock out our sky signal has anyone had this info or could any one tell us the truth as we are so confused with the different info we are getting .
