Bought a Bush free sat box SD 6 months ago and a second box 4 months ago all working fine until a month ago and now no signal on most channels the others left freeze and chop…phoned free sat company and they wont to charge me between £50 and £80 pounds to sort out my old sky dish, left sky because rip off and can’t afford it plus no free view signal in my area.I believed one payment sat box no hassle and now not the case.Iis anyone else had this problem and what did you do about it…any cheap quick fits or clever whys of sorting this issue, i wish i never got them now maybe i should give up and watch stuff on my laptop set up to the t.v…. help please….frustrated single mom on tight budget…..x

are we in the midst of yet another freesat f**k up.. new download today failed.. and thats non my new harvard supplied goodmans hd freesat box.. any one else having probs..

tryin to install my freesat box, have 90% signal strength, but fail to pick up anything on a scan, what’s going wrong?

my old and knackered set ( gufsathd01) was picked up by courrier from harvard on monday and wednesday a new gufstahd200 was delivered. bloody excellent service EVENTUALLY. set up and is working fine.. just waiting for next update to f**k it up

My new Goodmans unit arrived yesterday via courier. Great Service, however, when I plugged it in it came up straight away with signal strength of 85 -89%, when I started to perform a scan it said scan failed and no channels were found… STILL NO FREESAT TV. This is really annoying me now…

Anyone had a similar problem with Goodmans GFSAT200HD

Admin, there was another update scan today, noting
0 Channels added
0 Channels removed
8 Channels changed
I cannot see what changes there may have been, could you please advise via your usual means?

thanx ken,, harvard are now collecting unit monday.. say they are going to attempt software updae. but say they may have to replace the unit. but say my grundig would be swapped for a goodmans unit
not sure i want that as my unit is small black and fits perfectly under my panasonic telly..

phoned harvard but got fobbed off so then called grundig same treatment…… so called harvard again once past snotty bird on reception got tech support guy who would not listen and just said keep waiting for a few more days for a OAD update” would take any notice of the fact that the f….in thing will not stay on long enough for an update to download.. bloody awful state of affairs now had no freesat since update on 13th

Phone Harvardplc the parent company and ask to speakto Paul Cornwell . T he number is 02082387650. Also berate Freesat for their poor support in this matter. They are still advertising the freesat boxes on their webpage . Who is paying their wages I wonder!!!????? They certainly don’t seem concerned about all of us without freesat!!!!
