Video introduction to the new Freesat app

Video introduction to the new Freesat appSpotted this the other day, a video introduction to the new Freesat freetime app, staring Rick Edwards (no, wasn’t sure who he is either!)

It’s only a basic video highlighting the key features, but thought it would be quite useful for those considering freetime from Freesat and wanted a general idea of what it is currently capable of.

As Android not supported more reason to ditch my Freesat Foxsat box for Freeview+ or Sky

What are you going to do on Sky with Android???

  2. This video is very good, hopefully Freesat can put that online as it’s a straightforward explanation of how the App works.

Also, everyone keeps moaning about bloody Android!! I’ve got an Android device, am I unhappy the app isn’t on my phone… no! Am I patient to wait for it when it does appear… yes!

  3. More misinformation. No itv player on freetime in my post code. I am contemplating complaining to the advertising standards authority who should take a dim view of this.
    Rick who?

Blame STV for that who should have put more R&D in to getting their online players on to all platforms.

  5. OK, not wishing to be accused of whinging, but over 6 months on and still no news of an android version…
